We recommend using a tracked service when making a return to us. Refunds or exchanges cannot be actioned in the event of non-receipt at our returns department.

Please note:
Delivery addresses that include an error incorrectly added by the customer, which therefore results in the order being returned to our warehouse will not have their shipping charge refunded if the customer chooses a refund. If the customer would like us to resend the order an additional shipping cost may be charged.

We accept refunds under the following circumstances:

• • The product is still sealed and in original packaging

• • The product has not been used or worn

• • The product has a genuine fault or defect upon arrival

• • The product is lost in the postal service and proof is provided

Terms & conditions of returns:

• The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase

• Products must be returned in original condition & packaging

• Shipping costs are not refundable

• Contact latex gloves with protective palm plastic removed cannot be refunded

• Products returned after 30 days cannot be refunded
